From US-1 : Take the Western Blvd exit toward Cary. Go to the first stoplight. Turn right onto Blue Ridge Road. Apartments of Westgrove will be the first left (Faber Drive).

From I-40 :Take the Blue Ridge Road exit South. Turn right at the end of the exit ramp. Go through a couple of stoplights. Continue about half a mile past the NC State Fairgrounds. Apartments of Westgrove will be on the right (Faber Drive).
