prefer, you may bring it to our leasing office during normal office
hours:
- Monday – Friday: 9:00 am–6:00 pm
- Saturday: 10:00 am–5:00 pm
- Sunday: 1:00 pm–5:00 pm

- Rental Verification–Sign your name at the top giving us the permission to request
your rental history information, return it, and we will take care
of the rest.
- Employment
Verification – Sign your name at the top giving us the permission
to request your employment history information, return it, and we
will take care of the rest.
- Co-Signer/Apartment Lease Guaranty (NC) – (If applicable)
