Our application consists of three parts. Please print out the application information below, fill it out, and fax it to our community at (919) 851-4967. If you prefer, you may bring it to our leasing office during normal office hours: Monday – Friday 9:00am-6:00pm, Saturday 10:00am-5:00pm, Sunday 1:00pm-5:00pm

2. Rental Verification - Sign your name at the top giving us the permission to request your rental history information, return it, and we will take care of the rest.

3. Employment Verification - Sign your name at the top giving us the permission to request your employment history information, return it, and we will take care of the rest.

4. Co-Signer/Apartment Lease Guaranty (NC) - (If applicable)
